Welcome to Blue Light ADHD Coaching! I'm Annie and I'm here to help first responders harness the power of their ADHD to create clarity, balance, and success in their demanding lives through personalised coaching.

Hi, I’m Annie, and I help First Responders take control of their ADHD and achieve clarity, balance, and success in their uniquely demanding lives.
As a wife of a Police Inspector (with 20+ years’ service) with ADHD, I understand the particular struggles and challenges that working in the emergency services with ADHD can bring.
People with ADHD can have up to 30% delay in Executive Function (the self-management system of the brain). This can affect almost every aspect of their daily life and can include:
•an inability to concentrate on things that they don’t find interesting
•poor organisational skills
•difficulty motivating themselves and poor time management
•missing appointments and deadlines
•forgetting or being unable to follow instructions
•working memory issues
•task paralysis
•losing important items
•excess talking or interrupting others
•difficulty regulating emotions and reacting badly to stress and frustrations
It’s not about laziness or lack of intelligence—it’s a neurological difference that makes these things genuinely harder.
Combined with the unique set of challenges that working in the emergency services brings, it’s no wonder ADHD can sometimes feel even more overwhelming.
But here’s the thing - just by doing the role you do, day in day out, you’ve already proven that you are resilient, quick-thinking, and capable of handling whatever comes your way. It just so happens that your unique brain needs a helping hand from time to time.
You show up for others every day - now it’s time to focus on YOU!
I recognise that First Responders with ADHD require a distinctive and carefully curated coaching approach.
My job is to help you identify and channel your strengths into creating a life that feels more in control, both on and off the job.
We’ll work together to build solution-focussed systems that will allow you to navigate and overcome your particular challenges.
I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Let’s create clarity, calm, and confidence together to enable you to thrive.
